Booking The Beer Museum

Do you have an upcoming event that could benefit from having a mobile pop-up beer museum on site? Duh, you do! Let The Beer Museum come to you and educate the pants off your friends, family, and coworkers unless that’s really weird for you. In which case, we’ll educate extra layers of clothes onto everyone. Either way, there will be lots of fun beer education going on!

What about actual drinkable beer? It’s free! Our TABC certified servers can serve free beer to anyone 21 years and older, event location permitting.

Each package includes the following:

• The Beer Museum on display for 3 hours
• Beer education:
  • Beer 101 with a professional brewer
  • Crash course in beer history
  • Beer style history for a style of your choosing
• Souvenir glass and Beer Museum bottle opener keychain for each person in attendance

• Package prices include tax
• Attendees must be 21+ years of age
• We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking
• Our museum display is modular and fits in spaces as small as 50 square feet or as large as 400 square feet. The bigger the better so that we can display more!
• The modular museum can be set up indoors or outdoors, but it cannot be outdoors in bad weather.
• Cancellation Policy – Must provide one week advance notice before the scheduled event for a full refund. Any cancellation made within a week of the scheduled event will forfeit the deposit. 
• Travel Fee – If your event is outside of Austin, a travel fee may be assessed.
